1. About TalimSAT

TalimSAT is an online educational platform that provides practice tests, preparation materials, and analytics for SAT exam preparation. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete

If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, users may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

TalimSAT grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
• Scrape or extract test materials or data
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Interfere with platform security or infrastructure
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Any attempt to copy or redistribute TalimSAT test materials may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

The practice tests, explanations, analytics, and educational materials provided by TalimSAT are intended for learning and preparation purposes only.

TalimSAT does not guarantee:

• Specific test scores
• Admission results
• Academic outcomes

User performance on the platform may not reflect actual results on official examinations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on TalimSAT, including but not limited to:

• Practice questions
• Explanations
• Test structures
• Platform design
• Software and algorithms

is the intellectual property of TalimSAT or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform may require payment or subscription. By purchasing services through TalimSAT, you agree that:

• All payment information provided is accurate
• You are authorized to use the payment method
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers

Access to paid features may be suspended if payment is not completed or is reversed.

7a. AI Features and Credits

TalimSAT offers AI-assisted features ("Ask TalimAI" question explanations and AI-generated vocabulary content) that consume an in-platform virtual currency called "AI credits". AI credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold, traded, or redeemed outside the platform.

By using AI features you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is produced by third-party large language models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. Always verify against authoritative SAT materials before relying on it.
• AI explanations are tutoring aids — they are not a substitute for studying official content, attending classes, or consulting qualified educators.
• The text you submit (questions, follow-ups, vocabulary inputs) is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. Do not submit personal data, confidential information, or content you do not have the right to share.
• TalimSAT may filter, throttle, or refuse AI requests that appear abusive, off-topic, or designed to circumvent platform rules (e.g. attempts to extract system prompts or generate content unrelated to SAT preparation).

Credits granted as part of free signup, Pro subscription, or promotional bonuses may be revoked at any time if we determine the account has engaged in fraud or abuse. New users receive a one-time starter allotment; Pro subscribers receive a weekly allowance that resets on the account's own weekly cycle. Unused allowance does not carry over. Credits bought separately as a top-up are held apart from the weekly allowance, are spent only after it runs out, and do not expire while the account remains in good standing. Specific credit amounts and costs per AI action may change with reasonable notice.

Credits already consumed are not refundable. If a paid subscription is cancelled, any remaining AI credit balance may be forfeited at the end of the active billing period.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under specific circumstances as determined by TalimSAT. Unless otherwise stated, payments for digital educational services, subscriptions, or test access may be non-refundable once access has been granted. Requests for refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. TalimSAT may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the platform for:

• Maintenance
• System upgrades
• Security reasons
• Technical issues

We are not responsible for losses resulting from temporary interruptions of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalimSAT shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of educational opportunities
• Loss of data or results
• Platform interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Attempt to copy or distribute platform content
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

TalimSAT may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction in which TalimSAT operates.

TalimSAT and TalimAI are trademarks of TalimSAT. SAT and AP are trademarks or registered trademarks of the College Board. ACT is a trademark or registered trademark of ACT Education Corp. These trademarks are used on this website solely for identification purposes.

Use of SAT, AP, and ACT on this website does not imply any relationship, affiliation with, or endorsement by the College Board or ACT Education Corp. TalimSAT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the College Board, ACT Education Corp., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this platform are the property of their respective owners.
